  • Is there a way to display all active issues that a user can log time into in the ‘LogTime/Search Issues…’, not only one assigned to a user?

    In some organizations, there are hundreds and thousands of issues per project, and displaying all of them in timesheet view might not be feasible or affect usability and performance negatively. As per as our observation each individual on average work on 3 to 20 issues per month. So currently it’s not possible to see all the issues.

  • Is there any way to unsubmit a timesheet?

    As a design, we made the timesheet submission the final action without any possibility of unsubmitting or recalling the timesheet. If you find the need to unsubmit a timesheet, you have the option to reject it from the reporting manager’s side. Once a timesheet is submitted, the only way to revert it is by rejecting it. This process ensures that you maintain control over your time entries and time sheets are not changed after submitted or during the approval process.
