Every Redmineflux plugin earns an agent. The agent ships and renews with its plugin – no separate AI SKU. Cross-plugin agents that need 3+ plugins to do their job ship with the All Plugins Bundle and Cloud.
Per-plugin agents – first wave

Workload Agent
Bundled with the Workload plugin ($399/yr). Capacity-aware work routing – “find someone with 8h headroom and Postgres skills, give them issue #4630.” Reads the live capacity grid; respects PTO, public holidays, sprint commitments.
Test Agent
Bundled with the Test Case Management plugin ($399/yr). Generate test cases from a spec doc; build a regression set from closed-bug history; flag features without coverage. Drops test cases into the right project, linked to the right issue.
Reporting Agent
Bundled with the Custom Dashboard plugin ($399/yr). Drafts weekly status, monthly retros, and quarterly board reports from live issue + time data. Writes them in your team’s tone – captured from past reports.
CRM Agent
Bundled with the CRM plugin ($499/yr). Triage inbound leads, score, suggest the next-best action, draft outbound replies in your sales voice. Connects to the rest of the platform – turn a closed-won lead into a project automatically.
Helpdesk Agent
Bundled with the Helpdesk plugin ($399/yr). Auto-categorise tickets, suggest solutions from your knowledge base, escalate by SLA. The agent reads ticket history and mirrors your team’s response style.
Timesheet Agent
Bundled with the Timesheet plugin ($399/yr). Suggests time-log entries from your activity (calendar, commits, ticket updates). Approves obvious entries; flags unusual patterns for human review. Saves PMs the weekly “did you log your time?” Slack message.
Cross-plugin agents
For work that spans multiple plugins – bundled with the All Plugins Bundle.
Some agents need 3+ plugins to do their job. Those bundle with the All Plugins Bundle ($5,183) and Cloud – the only way to get them.
Plan Agent
Reads a project brief or epic, breaks it into work packages, suggests sprint scoping, flags capacity constraints. Reaches across Workload + Gantt + Agile Board + Issue Template – single-plugin agents can’t do this.
Execute Agent
Routes work to the right person, opens PRs from issue context, links commits, escalates blockers. Reaches across Workload + DevOps + Agile Board. Every action permission-checked against the approving human; every step audit-logged.
Why bundle agents with their parent plugin?
Three buyer-friendly reasons.
One SKU per use case.
Buy the Workload plugin → get the Workload Agent. No separate AI licence to evaluate, approve, renew, or audit. The agent ships and renews with the plugin.
Renewal economics align.
If you stop using the Workload plugin, you stop using the agent. No orphan AI licences. No “we’re paying for this AI feature but no one uses the underlying plugin” line items.
Tool surface scoped.
Each plugin’s agent calls only that plugin’s MCP tools – plus the core Redmine surface. No surprise behaviour. No “the CRM Agent moved my Workload assignments.” Cleanly bounded by design.
Cross-plugin agents need a different home.
When an agent needs 3+ plugins (Plan, Execute), bundling with one plugin breaks. Those go in the All Plugins Bundle – buying the full suite is the only way to use them.
vs Atlassian Rovo + Easy8
Different bundling, different scope.
Atlassian Rovo bundles into Cloud Standard / Premium / Enterprise – agents are tied to the Atlassian product (Jira, Confluence, JSM). Rovo Dev (the coding agent) is $20/dev/month extra; consumption pricing kicks in at heavy use.
Easy8 lists six named agents – HelpDesk Assistant, Knowledge Assistant, AI Project Status, AI Project Planner, Write Assistant, AI Task Summary – bundled into their tier ladder. They’re skills, not specialists; no per-plugin scoping.

Pick the model each agent uses.
Not every question needs Opus 4.7 with a 1-million-token context. Redmineflux routes each query to the model that gives the best cost-and-quality answer for that question – sometimes a local Qwen, sometimes Sonnet, sometimes a frontier model from your provider of choice. You set the policy. The system picks the model. Token spend stays sane.
Workload Agent on Anthropic for tool-calling. Test Agent on local Qwen for IP-sensitive specs. Reporting Agent on GPT-4o-mini for cost. The platform supports per-agent model selection from launch – see Bring Your Own LLM.
