FAQ’s

The Redmineflux’s Helpdesk plugin is only available for Redmine users who are already using Redmine and Redmineflux. They can easily integrate the plugin into their Redmine & Redmineflux project management tools and utilize its features.

There are two ways to create a ticket using the Helpdesk plugin:

  1. Create a Ticket via Email
    You can raise a ticket by sending an email to the support email address configured in the plugin. The email subject automatically becomes the ticket subject, and the email body is added as the ticket description.

  2. Create a Ticket from the Redmine Helpdesk Panel
    You can also create a ticket directly from your Redmine environment. Simply click on “Helpdesk” in the menu and then select “New Ticket.” Fill in the required details such as Subject, Description, Tracker, Priority, and Status to submit the ticket manually.

Yes, you can view the status of your ticket by logging in to the Redmine environment and checking the ticket details page.

Yes, you will be notified via email when your ticket is resolved by the admin. You can also view the resolution details by checking the ticket details page in the Redmine environment.
