Does the Dashboard Plugin pull data in real time?
Yes. All dashboard widgets pull live data from your Redmine instance. Status changes, new issues, time entries, and other updates appear on the dashboard immediately without requiring a manual refresh or data export. There is no caching delay between Redmine activity and dashboard display.
Can dashboards be shared with external stakeholders?
Dashboard export to PDF is available for sharing with clients or stakeholders who do not have Redmine access. For internal stakeholders with Redmine accounts, read-only dashboard views can be configured with controlled visibility settings. Direct external URL sharing without authentication is not supported by default.
