How your Redmineflux plugin license works — what’s included, how long, and what happens after 12 months.

Your license
Each Redmineflux self-hosted plugin license is a one-time, perpetual, per-installation license. It does not auto-renew, and no payment is ever taken automatically. Licenses are non-transferable.
Included support & updates — first 12 months
Every purchase includes 12 months of support and updates from the date of purchase, covering:
- Technical support for installation, configuration, and plugin issues — response within 24 hours
- Defect fixing and access to all patch releases
- All new plugin releases and upgrades — bug fixes, improvements, and new features — at no additional cost
- Compatibility updates as newer Redmine versions are supported
New versions & upgrades
While your support & updates period is active, you are entitled to every new release — including upgrades to the latest version — with no additional licensing or upgrade fee. The latest build is always available to download from your account.
After 12 months
Your license is perpetual — you may continue using your current version indefinitely at no cost.
To continue receiving support and updates, an optional annual renewal is available at 30% of the plugin price, covering defect fixing, patch releases, and upgrades to the latest version.
Delivery
On purchase, buyers receive login details for their Redmineflux account. The purchased plugin and license details are available anytime from the My Account section.
